Those outputs remain suggestions. The user reviews what the AI found, corrects the context, and decides whether to save, send, approve, or discard it.

Keep provider access and usage under server control
AI provider keys and private calls stay on the server rather than being exposed in frontend code. Workspace authorization, request validation, rate limits, and usage quotas are checked before provider calls are made.
Businesses can use the UnitPulse AI configuration or, where supported, connect their own provider credential. Access still follows workspace permissions, and raw secret keys are not returned to the browser.

Can Pulse send decisions automatically?+
Pulse creates draft suggestions. A human reviews important scope, pricing, payment, and client communication decisions before they are sent or approved.
Is my AI API key visible to staff?+
No. Provider credentials are stored encrypted or in server-side environment configuration and are not returned as raw keys to the frontend.
